About the role
As Account Director at Cure Media, you will work closely with some of our most important client partnerships, with responsibility for developing relationships, driving business forward and ensuring long-term growth.
Your focus is to build strong, long-lasting collaborations through strategic planning, proactive dialogue and a deep understanding of your clients' business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver high-quality creator programs while continuously identifying new opportunities to grow the partnership further.
Examples of what you will do
• End-to-end project management of major client accounts in close collaboration with Campaign Director, ensuring deadlines, objectives and expectations are met
• Provide strategic recommendations and proactive planning to develop client partnerships long-term
• Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive business forward together with the client
• Act as a strategic partner, helping clients stay ahead in a fast-moving, creator-driven marketing landscape
• Drive innovative solutions and ensure our clients are early adopters across social platforms
Who you are
You're a business-driven and relationship-oriented person who enjoys working close to clients, strategy and results. You take ownership, build trust easily and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
You have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and a natural ability to understand both people and business. You're curious, insight-driven and motivated by developing partnerships over time.
You're not just managing accounts - you're looking for ways to grow them.
And of course, you have a strong interest in marketing, social media and the creator economy.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or marketing, working with major client accounts
• Solid understanding of influencer marketing
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience from agency, brand or influencer marketing is a strong merit, especially within FMCG or beauty
