We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Nassjö to lead our warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Job description
- Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Drive operational performance through effective resource planning, inventory accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- Warehousing experience, leadership experience would be an advantage.
- Fluent Swedish language skills and good English language skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Advanced PC and Excel skills.
- Hands-on, customer-focused, and self-motivated mindset.
