You will work as a hands-on software engineer, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating cloud-native applications and services. You will tackle challenging problems involving APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems while helping shape technical architecture and engineering practices.
The team values collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of production services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate high-quality software.
Build and maintain scalable services using TypeScript and Node.js.
Develop cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Design and improve APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions with engineers and solution architects.
Improve application scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Strengthen automated testing, monitoring, observability, and DevOps practices.
Simplify complex solutions and reduce unnecessary technical complexity.
Take shared responsibility for operating, supporting, and continuously improving production services.
Share knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in software engineering and delivering production-grade applications and services.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
Solid experience developing and operating cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and data flows.
Experience with GraphQL or similar API technologies.
Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
A focus on clean, maintainable, and reliable software.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
A valid work permit for Sweden, if you are not an EU citizen.
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with additional cloud technologies and distributed architectures.
Knowledge of infrastructure automation and cloud engineering best practices.
Experience improving observability, production reliability, and software delivery workflows.
Swedish language skills.
