Total Compensation (Senior) Specialist

As part of our Human Resources team, you will work hands-on with compensation and benefits processes across the organization. This role focuses on the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Total Compensation programs, with a strong emphasis on data, reporting, and coordination.

You will support compensation and benefits activities across the Scandinavian region, working closely with HR colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners in an advisory role. To thrive in this role, you have a consultative communication style and possess broad technical expertise within the compensation and benefits area. In addition to this you have deep analytical skills and won't stop until you have made sense of the facts and figures. You have mastered the craft of distilling large quantities of data into a meaningful format for decision making.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter
• Support and coordinate annual processes such as salary review and other compensation cycles
• Prepare and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analysis
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure data quality and support the development of standardized reporting and metrics
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and tools
• Handle and resolve operational and escalated compensation-related queries
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Assist in compliance-related reporting and documentation

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll
• Relevant academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
• A few years of experience working with compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience working with data and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured way
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
• Beyond the numbers, you are a skilled communicator who enjoys engaging with employees and union representatives. You have the pedagogical ability to explain compensation logic in a way that builds clarity and trust across the organization
• Fluent in English and preferably one of the Scandinavian languages
