The role

You will design and implement automated test systems for embedded and electromechanical products, ensuring performance, reliability, and real-world readiness. As part of the test team, you will contribute to a testing community that supports the full product lifecycle - from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions. You will work closely with R&D teams across firmware, mechanics, electronics, and product development to create robust verification methods and reliable test setups.

What you will work on

• Develop and modernize LabVIEW-based automated test sequences

• Verify embedded and electromechanical smart access products for reliability, performance, and robustness

• Derive test plans by analysing requirements, risks, and product use cases

• Investigate failures and defects, and collaborate with R&D teams to identify solutions

• Design measurement workflows and analyse performance data to support product improvements

• Improve automation, repeatability, and test coverage across verification systems

What will help you succeed

We believe you have:

• Experience with LabVIEW, preferably LabVIEW OOP

• Experience testing embedded hardware or electromechanical systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• A structured approach to verification and validation

• Good collaboration skills across engineering disciplines

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with automated test platforms or production test environments

• Knowledge of smart access systems, locks, sensors, or motor-driven mechanisms

• Experience working with requirements, risks, and test coverage

• Familiarity with measurement equipment, test fixtures, or hardware-in-the-loop setups
