Assignment Description
We are looking for an Automotive Rebuild Coordinator / Project Leader
What You Will Work On
Receive, evaluate, and manage modification requests for test vehicles
Collect and analyze technical information, requirements, and prerequisites for vehicle rebuilds
Initiate, plan, and drive rebuild projects from request to completion
Coordinate activities between engineering teams, production, workshops, and external suppliers
Monitor project progress and communicate status in governance and decision-making forums
Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies throughout project execution
Support troubleshooting and rapid resolution of technical and operational issues
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timing, and business objectives
Contribute to the development and improvement of rebuild processes and working methods
Support cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic automotive development environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational development activities
What You Bring
Experience from the automotive industry, workshop operations, test environments, or technical project management
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Structured, communicative, and delivery-focused approach to work
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing technical projects or engineering-related activities
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken
