Job Description :Provide on-site support for SWED tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users
Assist with tool installation, configuration, and license management
Perform tool maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
Validate and test tools in a real-time environment prior to deployment
Act as first point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Support end users and suppliers, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity
Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick turnaround and high user satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool stability and usability
