Technical Solutions Specialist
Om jobbet
About UnivrsesUnivrses is a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company. We provide the perception and spatial awareness necessary for an increasingly autonomous world. While our roots are in the automotive sector, we have pioneered a new category: Infrastructure Intelligence. Our 3DAI™ system transforms ordinary vehicles into sophisticated mobile sensors, providing road authorities across Europe (Sweden, UK, Italy, and beyond) with real-time, actionable insights. We are shifting city management from reactive repairs to proactive, data-driven maintenance, saving costs, reducing CO2 emissions, and improving public safety.
The Mission
Building world-class technology is only half the battle; the other half is making sure it works in the real world. You will be the tactical "boots on the ground" and the "technical hands" that ensure our customers are successfully onboarded and our technical operations run like clockwork.
The role
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you work within the Operations team alongside our Customer Success Manager. While the CSM manages the relationship, you own the technical implementation. You are a technical generalist who is as comfortable handling physical hardware as in a terminal window. You are a key link between customer feedback and our internal engineering teams.
- Operational Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer hardware, including ordering, inventory, setup, shipping, and physical installation.
- Technical Onboarding: Lead the technical setup for new customers, ensuring accounts are configured correctly and hardware integrations are stable.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate technical issues and manage the entire issue lifecycle until the customer is satisfied.
- Data & Insights: Use Python and SQL to pull data, create reports, and generate the statistics needed to help Customer Success and internal teams make data-driven decisions.
- Internal Tooling: Act as the feedback loop for our dev teams to improve the internal tools used for customer handling and support workflows.
- The Product Authority: You take pride in knowing a product better than anyone else. You want to be the go-to expert that colleagues and customers turn to when things get complex.
- The Pragmatic Generalist: You enjoy the variety of the "hands-on" life. You're as comfortable writing a script to automate a task as you are configuring hardware for a field deployment.
- The Bridge: You have the ability to translate technical "how-to" into clear, customer-friendly "why-it-matters," ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- The Proactive Specialist: You don't wait for things to break. You are service-minded by nature and always looking for ways to make operations smoother and more reliable.
Required:
- Support & Operations Background: Professional experience in a technical support or technical operations role, with a solid understanding of both front-office customer troubleshooting and back-office system administration.
- Product Mastery: A track record of becoming a technical expert and "super-user" of complex products, with the ability to manage configurations and administrative back-ends with ease.
- Technical Toolkit: Practical experience using Python for data manipulation/scripting and SQL for querying databases and generating reports.
- Hardware Execution: Hands-on experience managing physical hardware, including configuration, inventory management, and installation.
- Professional fluency in English.
- AI Literacy: Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate technical workflows, assist with scripting, and enhance problem-solving efficiency.
- Professional knowledge of Swedish, Italian, and/or additional European languages
- Driving license
We provide the environment and the tools for you to do the best work of your career.
- Responsibility: Become a true stakeholder in a small team where your work actually matters.
- Professional Evolution: You will be working on exciting projects involving game-changing technology with an opportunity to improve the world through autonomy and intelligence
- The "Work-Life" Blend: Enjoy flexible work hours and a culture that values output over "desk time".
- Upsides: A secure Pension Plan and Wellness activities for up to 5 000 SEK per year paid by the company.
- The Univrses Culture:
- Monday Momentum : Kick off the week with team breakfast.
- Thursday Knowledge : Weekly Lunch & Learns where internal or external speakers present interesting topics, while the company pays for and caters the lunch to keep your technical and commercial skills sharp.
- Friday Wind-down : Celebrate the week's wins with our Friday After Work sessions (free beer from our well-curated beer fridge!)
- The Workspace : A bright, collaborative office in Stockholm equipped with the essentials (yes, including the mandatory startup ping-pong table).
