About the Role
This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to help scale the business during a critical growth phase - and it's an excellent springboard for anyone with future founder ambitions.
What You'll Do
On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a fully in-person role; remote work is not available.

You'll work directly alongside the founding team to help scale the business during a critical growth phase - and it's an excellent springboard for anyone with future founder ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with founders across product, GTM, and operations to drive strategic priorities forward.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align teams and accelerate execution.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete, trackable plans with tight deadlines.
- Provide technical context and project-level insight to support founder decision-making.
- Own high-impact projects end-to-end, ruthlessly prioritising what moves the needle.
- Adapt fluidly as priorities shift in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals - a computer science degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in technical roles, startup operations, or cross-functional program management.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with founders and diverse teams.
- Strong work ethic and high stress tolerance; comfortable operating beyond standard working hours when needed.
- Prior exposure to fast-paced startup or early-stage environments is a strong plus.
- Bonus: interest in branding, design, or social channels.
