About the Role
You will take technical ownership of a business-critical customer experience and call center platform in a large telecom environment. The role combines tech leadership with solution architecture and gives you a central position in how the platform evolves across reliability, security, integrations and long-term sustainability.
You will work closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders, external partners and Nordic colleagues to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will also act as the go-to person for technical questions and help steer architectural decisions across a complex system landscape. This is a strong opportunity if you enjoy influencing both day-to-day technical direction and the long-term future of a customer-facing platform.
Job DescriptionYou will own the technical direction and lifecycle of the platform.
You will act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and external partners.
You will drive technical investigations and translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions.
You will design and review integrations between the platform and surrounding systems using APIs and cloud services.
You will help ensure the platform remains secure, compliant and aligned with internal standards for privacy, risk and technology governance.
You will follow platform developments and new releases, identifying opportunities to improve both customer and employee experience.
You will maintain technical documentation and contribute to long-term architectural decisions.
You will work in an agile setup together with suppliers and internal teams.
RequirementsSeveral years of experience working in complex IT environments.
Experience in technical leadership, solution architecture or a similar role.
Experience designing integrations, APIs and technical solutions across multiple systems.
Good understanding of cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of security, privacy and technology risk considerations.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Nice to haveExperience with customer experience (CX) and call center technology platforms.
Knowledge of information modelling, enterprise architecture or frameworks such as eTOM.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Spira or Remedy.
Understanding of AWS.
Experience working with customer-facing operations, customer service technology or contact center solutions.
