Team Manager to CRM Application Development team | SEB Kort Group, Solna

SEB Kort Group is building Europe's leading corporate payment platform - bringing together SEB Kort and AirPlus into one integrated technology organization. We are now looking for a manager for the CRM Application Development team, to lead a critical part of this transformation: shaping the CRM capabilities across multiple markets. Our CRM landscape is evolving, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a key platform going forward, integrated with existing solutions and internal services.

About the role

As manager of the CRM Application Development team, you will be an Engineering Team Manager accountable for the IT Assets, people and engineering practices connected to our CRM applications. Your mission is to lead a team of CRM Developers, Java Developers and Business experts based in Germany and Sweden, and to ensure robust IT asset ownership (including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability). You will report to Head of Channels & CRM Engineering.

Your responsibility in summary

• Responsible for leading a line team of around 15 people (CRM Developers, Java Developers and Business experts who work in several different agile teams)
  

• Cross-geography responsibility with staff in Sweden and Germany
  

• Accountability of IT Assets connected to CRM capabilities
  

• Responsible for ensuring modern engineering practices aligned with SEB ways of working
  

• Be a representative of your IT Assets within the CRM parts of the SEB Kort Card agile domain
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Experience leading through change and ambiguity, translating complexity into clarity
  

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational and cultural boundaries
  

• Solid technical understanding combined with a business-oriented mindset
  

• Experience of CRM applications and specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus
  

• Strong ability to lead, coach and mentor engineers. Previous experience leading people (formally or informally) is required.
