Become a Team Leader for Onshore Quality Supervisors and guide a motivated group focused on delivering Excellence on site. This position gives you the opportunity to lead, coach, and grow your team while upholding high expectations for quality, safety, and results. You'll engage with key stakeholders, encourage continuous improvement, and contribute to shaping future operations. Commissioning Management & Site Compliance / Site Quality is a team of 56 specialists across multiple countries, working together to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality project execution across NCE.
Our work is structured around four core areas:
Commissioning Planning - enabling effective execution through early planning and coordination
Electrical Operations - ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
Site Compliance - aligning all site activities with regulatory, contractual, and HSE requirements
Site Quality - driving standards, inspections, and continuous improvement
We also create an inclusive, supportive environment that values teamwork, openness, and continuous learning, with space for both professional and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of ~22 Quality Supervisors from one of our office locations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organisation
Build positive relationships through effective communication and networking
Inspire, motivate, and support your team, including 1:1s and development plans
Contribute to service strategy, process optimisation, and overall site performance
Plan, organise, and participate in meetings and events
Promote continuous improvement and prepare the team for future needs
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position
2+ years' administrative experience
Offshore/renewable sector experience preferred; wind industry admin (construction or O&M) advantageous but not required
Solid IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, SAP and basic conferencing tools
Fluent in English
