Om jobbet
Boliden is a high-tech metals company with its own mines and smelters that works long-term to guarantee society's access to base and precious metals. For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future - what matters is how we produce them. Become a part of us and drive change for generations to come.About the job
We're looking for a Talent Program Partner to join Group HR - Talent and help shape how we build skills and capability across Boliden.
You'll take a leading role in our Graduate ProgramGen B. The program has done a great job of attracting and developing early-career talent across Boliden. Now we want to take the next step - keep what works, improve what doesn't, and make sure Gen B continues to build the capabilities and future leaders we'll need.
Gen B is at the heart of the role, but it's not the only thing you'll work on. You'll also help develop our Talent roadmap and strengthen how we attract, develop, engage and retain people across the employee journey. The role has lots of touchpoints with Early Career and Leadership (also part of the Talent team), so there's plenty of opportunity to shape what we do next.
Your opportunity
If you like taking ownership and want to make a real, long-term impact at Boliden, this could be a great next step.
You'll get to shape and run a key program that feeds into our future leadership pipeline. Together with colleagues across the Talent team and the business, you'll make sure we attract and develop early-career talent in a way that supports our strategy - in a practical, down-to-earth way.
And it's not just about graduates. You'll also help us improve how we create engagement, motivation and a sense of belonging across Boliden - building on what already works and making it even better.
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Graduate Program, including program design, coordination of recruitment and onboarding together with the Early Career team and managers, training delivery with our external partners and follow-up
- Lead the ongoing review and evolution of the program to ensure it remains future-oriented and aligned with business needs and leadership expectations. This includes selection and collaboration with trainers and facilitators to ensure best-in-class programme delivery.
- Coordinate trainee program logistics, including scheduling, venue selection and materials preparation.
- Manage participant enrolment and communication throughout the program.
- Work closely with Learning & Development and internal stakeholders to integrate relevant learning journeys, leadership development and meaningful assignments in line with business needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Early Career to ensure a strong, authentic and consistent early-career attraction strategy
- Track program outcomes and participant performance, gather insights and continuously improve based on feedback, data and experience
- Travel will at times be necessary
Education and qualifications
- A university degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field. This could be, for example, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Engineering, Geology or another discipline - what matters most is your ability to drive development and create strong learning experiences.
- Experience working with graduate programs, early-career initiatives or recruitment, preferably from industry companies
- Proven ability to manage projects incl. external vendors, and collaborate across functions is key
- Experience from an international or matrix organization is an advantage
What you bring
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about early-career talent, development and leadership growth
- Enjoys combining structured delivery and problem-solving with creativity and long-term thinking
- Builds trust easily and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Has a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to drive initiatives forward
- Communicates clearly and understands how employer branding, engagement and development connect
