Job Title:Supply Chain Executive

About the Role:As a Supply Chain Executive based in Malmö, you will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations for the Northern Europe cluster. The role is operational and cross functional, providing exposure to planning, logistics execution, supplier coordination, and reporting.

This position is well suited to a young professional looking to develop strong end-to-end supply chain experience in an international environment.

This role will report directly into the Demand Planner Manager / Customer Service Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Operations Support
  • Create and maintain weekly stock reports, with a focus on aged and slow-moving products, and distribute insights to relevant stakeholders and follow up on actions to reduce DDD
  • Proactively follow up on actions with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to support stock health
  • Support day-to-day order management, including coordination with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)
  • Assist with operational issue resolution related to deliveries, stock availability, and logistics flows

Planning & Procurement Activities
  • Monitor and order packaging materials in line with forecasted demand
  • Create purchase orders for "made-to-order" ethnic products upon instruction from the Sales team
  • Support inventory accuracy through regular checks and data validation
  • Ensure data from customer promotional files is updated in forecasting systems

Logistics & Warehouse Support
  • Support weekly copacking operations, including preparation of displays where required
  • Manage CHEP pallet declarations and related administrative follow-up
  • Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution

Reporting & Systems
  • Produce ad hoc and daily business reports, including analysis using SAP and JDA
  • Support data extraction, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making
  • Ensure data consistency across systems and reports

Financial & Invoice Control
  • Perform logistics invoice checks, comparing SAP data with LSP and customer purchase orders
  • Support resolution of discrepancies with internal teams and external partners

Profile:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or Engineering
  • Eligible for the VIE program ONLY (French or European nationality requirements)

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong interest in supply chain and logistics operations
  • Analytical mindset with good data handling and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a strong advantage; JDA a plus)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution oriented

Languages
  • Fluent English required
  • Any Nordic language is a plus, but not mandatory
