Student Assistant, Quality and Food Safety - Solna

We are looking for a Student Assistant with a clear interest in food, safety and quality management. You are currently studying Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or another relevant field, with at least one year remaining in your studies.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role within our QEHS (quality, environment, health, safety) department.

Typical tasks include

• Supporting HACCP-related work
• Managing documentation in the quality system
• Participating in hygiene audits
• Following up microbiological data
• Providing general administrative support within the daily food safety operations.
• Be involved in projects.

This role is a great fit for someone who wants to develop within Food Safety and Quality.

What will make you successful

You enjoy working structured and detail-oriented, feel comfortable with data, documentation, food legislation, food standards and following up routines, deviations and hygiene standards.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or another relevant field.

• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining.

• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.

• Excellent command of Swedish and English both spoken and written.

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.

• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
