Solution Architect - Sweden

As a Solution Architect at 50skills, you sit where consulting meets building. You work directly with customers to understand how they run their people operations, translate real business problems into clear solution designs, and then build those solutions yourself on the 50skills platform. You are part analyst, part tech-savvy builder, with your centre of gravity in the build: comfortable in a discovery workshop with HR and IT stakeholders, and even more at home configuring workflows, forms, AI agent steps, and integrations that make those workflows real.

This is a senior, high-agency role. You own solution design, the build, and delivery quality, and you support the sales motion as the technical and process expert in the room. You are trusted to run the analysis, deliver working solutions that prove value, and build the local platform know-how that lets us serve Swedish customers fast. As we grow the Swedish market, you help shape how we scope, design, and build for Swedish HR teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support pre-sales and sales

• Support the sales lead on deals: shape solution scope, build tailored demos, and answer the technical and process questions that move deals forward
• Be the business analyst and expert builder in the room, so the commercial owner can focus on the relationship and the deal
• Feed Swedish customer needs back to product so what we build reflects the local market

Analyse and design

• Run discovery with HR, IT, and operations stakeholders to uncover the real problem behind the stated need
• Translate business needs into clear solution designs: process maps, workflow logic, and requirements the customer recognises as their own
• Frame the underlying problem in more than one way before committing to a design, so we solve the right thing

Build on the 50skills platform

• Act as an expert builder: configure workflows, forms, notifications, AI agent steps, and integrations directly on the platform
• Turn designs into working solutions and tailored demo environments that show real business value
• Build with the customer, not just for them, so they can run and evolve their workflows with confidence

Own customer relationships

• Build and hold trusted relationships on a customer-by-customer basis, from first conversation through delivery
• Work consultatively: only commit to what we can deliver, and bring solutions you genuinely believe will work
• Make sure customers see value fast and land well after go-live

Grow a community of builders

• Shape the formation of a customer builder community and help it take root in the Swedish market
• Act as advisor and facilitator within a community of builders, sharing patterns, running sessions, and helping members get more out of the platform
• Work closely with customer success and the product team to bridge the product roadmap cycle, carrying real customer signal into what we build next

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS

You will work closely with our Director of Business Development and Operations. You own solution design, the build and delivery quality, and you support the sales motion as the technical and process expert. Together you form the core of our Swedish delivery capability, with the freedom to shape how we work as the market grows.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 5 years of experience in the HR domain
• A native Swedish speaker, fluent in English
• Both an analyst and a builder: you can map a process and then build the solution yourself
• High agency: you find the right problem, design a way to solve it, and get it done
• A strong communicator who engages both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable owning customer relationships and being a trusted advisor

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in business development or as a process/function owner
• A more technical background: HR data, HR tech, systems architect, or integrations
