Behind every product is a team developing sophisticated drive systems - power electronics, hard real-time software, machine behaviour, diagnostics, connectivity, and user interfaces. We are now looking for a Software Team Lead to take ownership of our embedded applications team and help shape what comes next.
About the roleYou will lead a skilled, autonomous team through the full product lifecycle - from early concepts to new builds and continuous improvement. The team is responsible for applications across the full stack - from embedded software running directly on the machine to cloud-based services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will write code, set technical direction, and make sure the team has what it needs to deliver. Concretely, you will:
Own the software delivery and maintain a technical roadmap that the team actually follows
Coach and develop team members, and create the conditions for high-quality work
Collaborate closely with product owners, hardware engineers, production, and sourcing
Spot and resolve problems early - whether technical, process-related, or interpersonal

Profile and experience
To be successful in this role you need to have
A degree in software, electronics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in product-oriented software development, ideally using C/C++, Python and Java/TypeScript
Experience in leading teams in agile environments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across diverse technical disciplines
Fluency in English, and preferably Swedish
It is also important that you can explain complex technical problems clearly, you build trust naturally, and you care about getting things right.
