Design, implement and validate control strategies for energy management, thermal management and electric motor torque coordination
Develop, simulate, calibrate and test control software
Support vehicle- and component-level testing and validation
Support high-voltage system commissioning and vehicle bring-up
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering, Calibration, Vehicle Integration, Testing and Production
Contribute to software architecture, debugging and continuous improvements throughout the development process
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in embedded software development within the automotive or aerospace industry.
Strong programming skills in Embedded C
Experience working with real-time or RTOS-based systems
Understanding of real-time control systems, state machine design and signal processing
Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN
Familiarity with software development workflows and version control
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Meritorious experience:
Experience developing control software using MATLAB/Simulink
Background in hybrid or electric vehicle systems
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to apply. We look forward to receiving your application!
