Your role & influence as Software Engineer Automation

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform and AI-powered solutions that automate business processes, improve employee productivity, and drive Dustin's digital transformation

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of enabling business capabilities through application development and automation. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with business stakeholders, architects, application specialists, and colleagues across Dustin to deliver scalable digital and AI-powered solutions.

Core activities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications, workflows, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement by ensuring solutions follow best practices, security standards, and integration requirements across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have experience with low-code/no-code platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI solutions.
• You have technical skills within Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
