Hormona is a fast-growing women's health startup on a mission to revolutionize womens' health. Through our award-winning app and world-first rapid hormone test, we help women understand their hormones in real time.

We're building one of the most engaging women's health brands on social media, turning hormone science into content people actually want to watch, share, and save.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Intern to help grow Hormona across TikTok and Instagram.

You'll be based in our Stockholm office, working closely with the marketing and growth team. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, instinctively spot emerging trends, and love creating content that feels native to the platform.

You'll help us turn complex hormone science into relatable, educational, entertaining, and highly shareable content that reaches millions of women.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work across TikTok and Instagram, taking content from idea to publication, experimenting with new formats, and learning how a high-growth startup builds a strong social media presence organically.
What You'll Do

• Spot emerging TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, creators, formats, and cultural moments.
• Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social formats.
• Script, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos.
• Create compelling hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.
• Turn hormone science into relatable, entertaining, and shareable storytelling.
• Repurpose and adapt content across TikTok and Instagram while keeping it native to each platform.
• Help create Instagram Stories and other supporting social content.
• Experiment with different formats, styles, creators, and trends to find what performs best.
• Analyse social media performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging creators.
• Help grow Hormona's social presence and build a community of engaged women.
  

Who You Are
You're a student or recent graduate in marketing, media, communications, or a related field-or simply someone who spends way too much time on TikTok and Instagram.

You genuinely understand social media culture, trends, humour, and storytelling. You know what makes people stop scrolling, watch until the end, share something with a friend, or save it for later.

You are:

• Social-media obsessed and constantly discovering new creators, trends, and formats.
• Creative, proactive, and full of content ideas.
• Comfortable filming yourself or others on camera.
• Confident editing short-form video using CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, or similar tools.
• Naturally curious about what makes content perform.
• Excited about women's health and making science accessible and entertaining.
• Comfortable working independently and moving quickly.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is a bonus).

Experience isn't the most important thing we care more about creativity, initiative, curiosity, and a strong instinct for great social content.
