Job details
Dynamic Safety Solutions are on the lookout for a driven Safety Advisor with at least 2 years' experience in the construction sector and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical operations within data centre environments.
In this role, you'll work alongside site teams on active construction projects, helping to uphold the highest standards of health and safety ensuring full compliance with legislation, industry best practice, and client expectations.
What you will do
- Be the go-to expert for practical health & safety guidance across live construction projects, working closely with teams and reporting to management.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks while keeping a close eye on daily documentation and on-site activities.
- Support the creation and implementation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Construction Safety Plans.
- Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations-driving clear reports and effective corrective actions.
- Deliver engaging toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings that actually make an impact.
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, company procedures, and ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001).
- Champion a proactive safety culture on site while keeping statutory inspection registers accurate and up to date.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years' hands on experience in the construction industry.
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification (Level 7 or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of current health & safety legislation.
- Proven experience creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Valid site credentials (e.g. training cards/ID06) and eligibility to work in-country.
- Full, clean driving licence with flexibility to travel.
