Job Description
At Axis, we've always been about pushing the boundaries in pursuit of innovating for a smarter, safer world. We do this by developing IP-based products and innovations for security and video surveillance. We are expanding our Stockholm team and looking for a Signal Processing Engineer to join us!

We develop products with significant innovation possibilities to meet market demands. The portfolio includes multidirectional cameras, panoramic cameras and modular cameras.

What you'll do as a Signal Processing and Algorithm Engineer
Together with your team, you will play an essential role in the development of our advanced signal processing solutions. You will contribute to the entire chain of algorithm design and implementation within our systems. Your will work closely with other signal processing engineers, firmware engineers and FPGA developers.
Your daily work will range from active participation in development projects to analyzing data, designing and optimizing algorithms, as well as troubleshooting and solving complex challenges wherever they arise.
Who are you?
You are curious, have a great passion for technology, love challenges and enjoy solving them in a team-focused atmosphere.
You also have relevant education in engineering (bachelor's or master's degree level), with a focus on wireless communication, radio protocol analysis, experience with algorithm design and signal processing with hardware implementation in mind, and simulation tools (e.g. Matlab). Knowledge of OFDM and LTE physical layer standards and practical RF lab experience is highly valuable.
It's a plus if you also have experience with:
-C and/or C++ programming
- Software Defined Radio (SDR)
- Experience in Linux
- Wireless localization techniques
