We are looking for a SharePoint Online Architect. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystems, with a focus on custom solutions, security, performance, and integration with other Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level, secure SharePoint Online solutions and broader M365 ecosystems to meet complex business requirements.

Experience in integrating out-of-the-box Microsoft products such as Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate/Microsoft Flow, Viva and OneDrive

Advise on technical strategy and architecture, develop and enforce governance policies, and ensure solutions align with industry and organizational standards.

Create custom solutions, including sites, site collections, templates, custom workflows, web parts, and integrations with other M365 apps.

Advise on technical strategy and architecture, develop and enforce governance policies, and ensure solutions align with industry and organizational standards.

Ensure the security and compliance of M365 solutions in cooperation with specialized teams and work with engineering teams on security enhancements. Analyze and optimize the performance of M365 solutions and ensure service availability

Develop and implement document archive and retention policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational needs.

Knowledge of information architecture, data integrity, and security best practices.

Understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Azure and Microsoft 365.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes.

Problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and improve system performance.

Adaptability and flexibility to learn and integrate new technologies quickly.
