We are now looking for aService Delivery Managerto join our team in the Malmo.

About the roleAs a Service Delivery Manager you will be part of a global team managing customer projects and service delivery initiatives. You will lead customer project teams, collaborate with third-party vendors, and ensure successful delivery across multiple customer engagements.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and partners, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and are comfortable handling complex projects involving both project management and change management.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate customer project teams, including third-party vendors
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
  • Manage project progress, timelines, and budgets in line with customer agreements
  • Own service delivery performance and ensure customer expectations are consistently met
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive customer success
  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and support continuous improvements in delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:We don't expect you to tick every box - but we think you'll thrive here if you have many of the below:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, or similar customer-facing roles

Experience working with customer relationship management, leadership, and customer service within the tech industry.

Experience within SaaS and/or PIM solutions is considered a strong advantage

Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted customer relationships

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively

Good understanding of technical solutions and service delivery processes

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external vendors and partners
