Senior Software Engineer - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Job Description

Tieto Banktech powers trusted banking systems across the Nordics. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who takes ownership-someone who drives outcomes, makes decisions, and collaborates closely with stakeholders.

You will be a hands-on engineer and technical owner of our Equity post-trade platform, shaping architecture while contributing to code and modernization.

What You'll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production

• Build modern solutions using C#, .NET, APIs, and microservices

• Lead modernization

• Collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders

• Communicate clearly, influence decisions, and mentor others

What We're Looking For

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Solid experience with C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, microservices

• Experience modernizing systems

• Comfortable leading, mentoring, and driving decisions

Nice to Have

• Capital Markets / Equity post-trade experience

• Azure, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes

• Product-oriented environment experience
