This is an opportunity for exceptional talents to join our Nordics team as Relationship Manager in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate we are looking for has a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, has a lot of grit and takes pride in delivering brilliant service to clients.
Responsibilities
To be successful in the role one needs to be a self-starter who enjoys building up new relationships with prospects and existing clients. The role involves giving cross-asset class advise to our client which typically are Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family & investment Offices, foundations, and other professional market participants.
- The relationship manager will be responsible for prospecting, new client acquisition and development. Clients acquired will be maintained with the relationship manager
- The relationship manager ensures that clients and prospects benefit from the banks full investment and lending offering through the private banks platform and through cross divisional collaborations.
- Day-to-day responsibility includes giving investment and financial advise to client and prospect
- The relationship managers will have backing and close co-operation with support function to help pursue our ambitious targets
- Performance is measured on financial targets, client satisfaction and regulatory adherence
- Reporting line is to the Head Nordics IPB
- The candidate will actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performing team
- The candidate is expected to lead by example, demonstrating role model behavior
Skills
- Proven track record in sales, prospecting and new client acquisitions is expected
- Experience in business development and transforming professional and personal network into business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English speaker
- Experience and understanding of Banking and Financial markets
- Strong negotiation skills and good ability to overcome objections
- A senior team player with leadership skills and experience of people development
- University Degree
- Experience from working in the financial industry
