About the Role
You will lead strategic transformation initiatives in a complex global supply chain environment, with an initial focus on a major Supply Planning transformation. The role covers the full journey from business requirements and process design to implementation, adoption, and value realization, in close collaboration with business, operations, IT, and external partners.
You will work where process, organization, and technology meet, creating structure in an environment with many stakeholders, dependencies, and decisions to align. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence how Supply Planning capabilities are designed and embedded at scale.
Job DescriptionYou will lead the implementation of future Supply Planning capabilities across processes, organization, and technology.
You will drive initiatives from business requirements and solution design through deployment, adoption, and follow-up on business outcomes.
You will establish governance structures and decision-making forums that create clarity and momentum.
You will align Supply Planning with related supply chain processes such as forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management.
You will define, track, and report on value realization and measurable business impact.
You will lead organizational readiness, change management, and user adoption in large transformation programs.
You will develop business cases, evaluate solution alternatives, and support investment decisions.
You will identify business, process, and system dependencies across the organization and help senior leadership navigate complex decisions.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, while contributing to stronger project portfolio management and transformation capabilities.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
7-10+ years of experience leading complex Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Transformation initiatives
Proven experience leading Supply Planning, Planning Transformation, or Integrated Planning programs from concept through implementation and adoption
Strong knowledge of Supply Planning processes, governance, and operating models
Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
Experience working with Supply Planning solutions and their integration with ERP platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs and measurable business value
Experience leading cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and implementation partners
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning-related dependencies
Experience driving organizational change and adoption in large-scale transformation programs
Experience working with structured project management methodologies
Familiarity with planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder
Nice to haveExperience participating in software selection or system evaluation initiatives
Experience working in global supply chain and operations environments
Experience within organizations operating under a Business Process Owner (BPO) model
Experience leading large-scale ERP, Planning, or Supply Chain system implementations
Knowledge of integrated business planning and advanced planning processes
