As Senior Production Manager - Jersey, Fleece & Knitwear at our Stockholm office, you will lead the Jersey/Fleece and Knitwear production team. Working closely with our suppliers and with teams across development, quality and supply chain, you secure a production process that is timely and efficient and that meets our standards for quality, margin and delivery precision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Senior Production Manager your main contribution will be to lead the Jersey/Fleece and Knitwear production team and deliver high quality production within the categories, in line with company standards and business goals. You will report to the Head of Production. You will play a vital role in this significant category by:
- Leading and developing a team of five, taking full ownership of the people and administrative responsibilities that come with the position
- Leading the process from order placement until final production is delivered to the warehouse within drop precision, assuring the company's standards and goals for quality, margins and deliveries
- Analysing production lead times and defining pre-booking needs together with the production control manager to reach the requested delivery drops
- Managing supplier capacity through anticipation and ensuring a well-balanced production dispatch across factories, with all suppliers working according to specified terms and conditions
- Assessing our existing supplier base on an ongoing basis and partnering seasonally with managers to determine sourcing needs
- Overseeing all shipment sample checks and comments, and participating in PPS fittings in alignment with the product managers
- Ensuring that production related information is entered and maintained correctly in PLM and D365
- Maintaining close collaboration with development, quality, sustainability and supply chain to meet all product requirements

- An experienced leader with strong social skills
- Efficient and organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- An academic degree in business, textiles or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience within production or product development, preferably from high-end fashion brands
- Experience of leading and developing a team
- Experience of Jersey/Fleece or Knitwear production, with a solid technical understanding of the categories
- Strong costing and negotiation skills
- Experience of working in PLM and ERP systems, ideally D365
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English
