It's time to find a Senior Producer for the Media & Events team at a world-renowned game studio in Stockholm. We are looking for an experienced project manager to take charge of the company's YouTube channel. This talented individual will act as the right-hand person for the Lead Producer and Lead Creative, managing projects from start to finish. You will manage the entire production funnel, be responsible for budgets, deliverables, and deadlines. You'll launch new initiatives, manage stakeholders, and most importantly, produce captivating content that inspires players around the world!

Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact for the YouTube channel for various team members, management, leadership, and stakeholder groups.
• Assess internal and external working processes and strive to always find ways to improve them (through retrospectives and mid-way check-ins).
• Responsible for team and project planning in the project management tool ClickUp.
• Facilitate conversations between working groups to arrive at the best available solutions in times of conflict.
• Support the producers when needed and actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and external partners.
• Build a safe, positive, creative, and collaborative team culture within the Media & Events team.
• Shared ownership of project budgets (spending, tracking, and reconciliation).
• Assist in planning and preparations prior to shoots, if and when needed.

Skills:

• Stakeholder management.
• In-depth understanding of video production, project processes, and best practices.
• Scheduling, budgeting, and production planning.
• Management of multiple projects, short-term and long-term.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and business objectives to take into creative productions.
• Skilled communicator and negotiator.
• Great written and verbal communication in English [fluent].

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Producer, Production Manager, or similar.
• A+ if you have previous experience working with creative productions for YouTube or other social media platforms.
• Previous background in the video and entertainment industry.
