We are hiring a senior management consultant with strong business-building capabilities who can lead complex transformations, build trust with senior executives, and take ownership for developing and expanding client relationships.

What you will do

• Lead high stakes transformations and deliver clear financial outcomes

• Act as an empowered right hand to c-suite stakeholders

• Drive structured problem solving, governance, and decision making

• Develop and grow client relationships and originate new work

• Shape and guide teams to deliver under pressure

What we expect

• 10 to 15 years or more in management consulting or comparable roles

• Proven ability to deliver transformations with tangible impact in growth, efficiency, or both

• Commercial drive and the ability to shape, grow, and expand client engagements while building trusted relationships

• Decisive leadership grounded in solid business acumen, including a clear understanding of P&L value drivers and the ability to maintain momentum and resolve obstacles
