What You'll Do

For our Stockholm office, we are looking for Senior AI Tech Consultants to collaborate with colleagues from BCG Platinion and/or The Boston Consulting Group on national and international client projects! You will be independently structuring project modules and supporting junior project members. Together with our clients, you will develop superior IT strategies, concepts, and solutions actively and on site, applying your sound technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.

What You'll Bring

You can help us make a difference if you

• Have approx. four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including experience leading project modules across strategy and implementation

• Have a degree in computer science, informatics, business with focus on technology, including business degrees majoring in any of the mentioned topics or with relevant industry experience

• Have experience independently structuring complex client problems, developing fact-based recommendations and business cases, and communicating them clearly to senior stakeholders

• Have a strong understanding of how developments across AI and GenAI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms are changing businesses and technology organizations

• Bring practical experience shaping or delivering AI and GenAI initiatives and are familiar with concepts such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and responsible AI

• Can connect business priorities with technology decisions and evaluate options across value, feasibility, cost, risk, and organizational readiness

• Have experience facilitating client discussions, coordinating junior team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across interdisciplinary teams

• Feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are willing to travel

• Are excellent at understanding and communicating complex topics in English

Who You'll Work With

• Independently structure and lead substantial project modules within digital and AI transformations, translating business ambitions into actionable technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans

• Lead the identification and prioritization of high-value AI and GenAI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and define how clients can move from individual use cases and proofs of concept toward scalable adoption

• Direct assessments of technology capabilities, platforms, and solution options, translate complex findings into clear recommendations and business cases, and facilitate fact-based decision-making with senior client stakeholders

• Design the foundations required to scale technology and AI, including operating models, governance, ways of working, data and technology capabilities, and responsible AI

• Steer implementation modules across business, technology, data, and AI teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions while applying agile ways of working from concept through delivery

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, collaborate with architects and specialists to ensure technical feasibility, and guide and coach junior project members

Who you'll work with

You will work as part of interdisciplinary BCG and BCG Platinion teams combining business, industry, technology, data, and AI expertise. As a Senior AI Tech Consultant, you will take ownership of substantial project modules and act as a day-to-day sparring partner for client stakeholders. Depending on the project, you may shape an AI strategy, prioritize technology investments, redesign AI-enabled processes, define an operating model, assess platforms and architectures, or steer a complex transformation from strategy through implementation.
