The Senior Fleet Strategy Specialist works in the Strategy and Management team. The team is responsible for securing a sustainable and optimized electric fleet. The team handles strategies and analyses that cover the complete and complex life cycle of our vehicles, ensuring that each asset is in its best place, in optimal condition. As a Senior Fleet Strategy Specialist at Einride, you will be joining a team of top talent, composed of ambitious, creative, and compassionate individuals who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
Your Mission
In this role, you will sit at the heart of Einride's hardware ecosystem. You won't just manage assets; you will be a key person in improving our asset intelligence.

In this role, you will:

• Shape the Strategy: Develop and refine how we manage the lifecycle of our electric trucks and trailers to ensure data-driven decision making.
• Lead Strategic Dialogues: Act as a key point of contact for global suppliers, ensuring our hardware requirements are met with the highest quality and innovation.
• Master the Complexity: Analyze vehicle configurations from both a technical and financial lens, guiding our sales teams with expert insights on hardware selection.
• Drive Implementation: Take ownership of the hardware workstream in ongoing projects, focusing on increasing quality and transparency while reducing lead times.
• Solve Novel Problems: Work independently to untangle complex challenges, turning obstacles into scalable processes.

Who You Are
We believe you are a "structured doer"-someone who loves to dive deep into technical details without losing sight of the big picture. You thrive in environments where you can take full ownership of your deliverables and drive change through collaboration.

To be successful, we envision that you have:

• Technical Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: At least 5 years within transport, logistics, OEM, or the automotive industry. We highly value practical, hands-on experience and a curious mindset.
• Project Leadership: A proven track record of managing complex projects with structure and a sense of urgency.
• Hardware Passion: A genuine interest in learning the "nuts and bolts" of trailers and electric vehicles to drive real fleet improvements.
• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships cross-functionally.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
