Managing the electrical infrastructures throughout datacenter campus ranging from a single large capacity facility, to several smaller ones

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Extensive years of technical engineering experience

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND several years of technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND several years of technical engineering experience

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Support 24x7x365 datacentre operations, ensuring the reliability and availability of critical electrical systems.

Serve as the onsite technical authority for large-scale, mission-critical electrical infrastructure.

Establish, maintain, and improve maintenance programmes, operating procedures, and safety standards for highly redundant electrical systems.

Lead operational support for electrical infrastructure across one or more datacentre facilities within a campus environment.

Drive operational excellence through proactive risk management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Extensive technical engineering experience in electrical systems, critical infrastructure, or related engineering disciplines.

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, combined with substantial technical engineering experience.

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, combined with substantial technical engineering experience.

Security Requirements

The successful candidate must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with additional experience supporting large-scale critical infrastructure environments.

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with additional technical engineering experience.

Experience working in mission-critical facilities such as datacentres, utilities, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or similar high-availability environments.

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and operational best practices.

Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives, solve critical infrastructure challenges, and drive operational improvements.
