ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Associate, Projects, you will make an impact by translating complex business requirements into powerful data-driven solutions that help clients make smarter, faster decisions. You will be a valued member of our Analytics and Insights delivery team, working collaboratively with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive meaningful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Design, develop, and implement advanced reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights
Serve as a key client-facing point of contact, attending meetings, managing expectations, and building trusted long-term relationships with client stakeholders
Guide and mentor your team end-to-end across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring quality delivery from requirements gathering through to deployment and support
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating complex data findings into clear, business-relevant narratives
Needed Skills
Proven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report and dashboard development
Demonstrated experience working across multiple phases of the SDLC, ideally in a delivery or project-based environment
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
THESE WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
Experience with additional BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Azure Synapse Analytics
Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum delivery methodologies
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and their integration with Power BI
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, or data governance
Prior experience in a team lead or mentoring capacity within a project delivery environment
