Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated, Senior Account Manager / Business Developer who wants to play a central part in our continued growth. In this role you will be a front man of Sigma Connectivity, actively promoting our brand and making sure our brand awareness.

You have an extensive experience from the tech Industry, probably in similar businesses like Internet of Things or Consumer Products. A strong passion for technology and a solid technical understanding is essential to discuss the clients' opportunities and challenges in a professional way. You have probably worked in an environment where product development is central and understand what it takes to bring a product from an early idea or a vision to becoming a successful product on the market.

Organization wise you will report to the Vice President Sales of Sigma Connectivity AB. You will also work closely with the engineering organization. Based on our attitude "You never work alone" we will do whatever we can to support you in reaching our goals and having a lot of fun on the way!

Responsibilities
  • Build your own network and find new leads in mainly Europe.
  • Understand the market, develop a strong network, build a pipeline, and deliver sales.
  • Manage existing accounts as well as building new accounts by presenting the company in personal meetings
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strategic relationships, and partnerships.
  • Drive the delivery towards customer by collaborating internally.
  • Be a strong ambassador for Sigma Connectivity and our company values.

Basic qualifications


  • Technical experience and preferably a University Degree within science
  • Previously managed larger accounts and business development experience within Tech Industry
  • Experience in negotiations and proven sales record
  • Good project management skills, structured way of working, Team player, proactive in seeking information
  • Willingness to visit customers, mainly in Europe
  • Fluent in English

The candidate will be based in our HQ in Lund, Sweden.
