The internship in short

The programme kicks off with an engaging Introduction Week, where you'll get to know SEB, meet professionals across the CIB division, get to know other interns and start building your network. During the introduction you will participate in learning and networking activities. We wrap up the experience with a Closing Day to reflect on, share, and celebrate your internship journey.
As an intern, you are recruited to a specific job role where you will be involved in daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of banking. You will be guided by at least one tutor during your internship.

What you will be doing

The market is under great transformation and changes expectations on SEB as a future banking partner.

In this role, you will be a key person, and you will play a central role in our team with focus on the next generation of Liquidity Products such as Interest rate offerings, Accounts and Cash Pools. You will be part of building the future offering and communication and packaging of this. During the summer internship you will be the appointed driver and owner of some of the more transformative activities to deliver on the portfolio strategy. In this role you will collaborate, and work closely with Product Managers, Product Specialists and other subject matter experts.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong personal drive, a structured way of working combined with excellent communication- and collaboration skills.
You can during a short period of time build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations in an excellent.

You are not afraid of being the appointed driver of activities and you can make things happen by yourself or through others.
You have, without needing to be an expert, an interest in technology.
