About the role

We are looking for a Search Experience Manager to lead and develop our approach to SEO, AI visibility and digital discoverability.

As our search expert, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on expertise. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, UX, Technology and business teams to turn technical insights into clear priorities and practical improvements.

With a strong focus on B2B customer journeys, you will help ensure that our brands remain visible, trusted and competitive as search behaviours continue to evolve.

What You Will Do

• Own and develop our search experience strategy across traditional search, AI-powered search and LLM-driven discovery.
  

• Define and drive the SEO roadmap, covering technical SEO, content optimization and user experience.
  

• Improve how generative AI systems find, interpret and present our content.
  

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and create alignment between Marketing, Digital, Technology and business teams.
  

• Work with content teams, CMS owners and developers to improve content discoverability, website structure, metadata and indexing.
  

• Use data and analytics to identify priorities, measure impact and establish relevant KPIs.
  

• Translate complex technical developments into clear recommendations for different stakeholders.
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

You combine strong SEO expertise with the ability to communicate, collaborate and drive progress through others. You are comfortable taking the lead in your area of expertise, even without formal people management responsibility, and working with both internal stakeholders and external partners to turn strategy and expertise into action.

• Several years of experience in SEO, including technical SEO and content optimization.
  

• Experience from SEO, search or digital visibility in a B2B environment.
  

• Experience or strong knowledge of AI-powered search, generative AI or LLMs.
  

• Knowledge of website architecture, web performance and enterprise CMS platforms.
  

• Experience working closely with development, content and business teams.
  

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data with business priorities.
  

• The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
