As an SAP Super User, you will drive ERP process development and digitalization in final assembly operations. You'll be a key player in SAP utilization, standardization, and digital transformation at the Tumba factory, aligned with global supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line support for local Key Users
- Ensure ERP and digital projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Document processes and functional specifications
- Lead SAP training and continuous process improvements
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives (e.g., CPS, RFID, AGV, energy monitoring)
- Support smart factory roadmap and CO₂ reduction goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical engineering, data communication or equivalent educational background)
- Min. 3 years of experience in operations (production and/or warehousing)
- Experience in usage of Lean principles (flow based on demand, standardized work, perfect quality)
- Understanding the general Industry 4.0 applications (CPS, RFID, NFC, Augmented Reality, Autonomous Guided Vehicle, interfaces and standards etc.)
- Sense of ownership even under high pressure situations
- Computer knowledge in SAP, Office 365 etc
- Project management practical skills
- Swedish & English language skills (ability to communicate and lead trainings in local language & English)

Additional information
