As part of Billerud's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, we are looking for a SAP Solution Architect Acquire to Decommission to take overall responsibility for SAP solutions within the Enterprise Asset Management area. In this role, you will help shape future maintenance and asset management capabilities, ensuring that SAP solutions support safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our business.

About the role

As SAP Solution Architect Acquire to Decommission, you will be responsible for Billerud's SAP solutions within the asset management and maintenance domain, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, Enterprise Architects, and external SAP implementation partners.

You will drive the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end solutions supporting the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and commissioning through maintenance and operational use to decommissioning.

You will work across functional domains to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules, business processes, and surrounding applications while contributing to Billerud's broader SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Work Orders, Asset Reliability, Spare Parts Management, and Acquire-to-Decommission processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external implementation partners to understand requirements and design sustainable end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure that solutions align with Billerud's architecture principles, business processes, and target system landscape.

• Act as the SAP subject matter expert within the asset management and maintenance area, securing end-to-end process and solution integrity.

• Drive solution design activities, support testing, manage cross-functional dependencies, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Process Leads, SAP Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure integrated and scalable solutions across business functions.

You report to: Manager Global SAP Applications.

The preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can also be based in one of our mills in Sweden. Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part.

Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Asset Management, or a related field.

• Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions.

• Deep expertise within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and maintenance-related business processes.

• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance practices, including preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance.

• Experience designing solutions that support asset reliability, maintenance planning, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience working with both ERP solutions and custom-built applications, including integration challenges across system landscapes.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module SAP solution design.

• Experience from the manufacturing, forest, paper, or packaging industry is considered a strong advantage.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
