Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic

Sales Coordinator

based in Gothenburg (Sweden).

Become the operational backbone of our Swedish Sales Team.

At Gerflor, we are creating a brand-new role to strengthen our Sales organization. As Sales & Project Coordinator, you will support our Sales Representatives, coordinate customer projects and ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.

YOUR ROLE:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team by preparing sales documents, coordinating samples, following up on customer requests and managing administrative processes.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller customers through inside sales activities.
• Coordinate critical customer projects and ensure smooth execution from order receipt to on-time delivery.
• Act as the link between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production
• Coordinate customer projects involving multiple Gerflor subsidiaries, sister companies and complex or special delivery requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and support sales reporting
• Assist with customer events, campaigns and marketing activities
• Occasionally accompany Sales Representatives on customer visits (approx. 1-2 days per month)

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who enjoys organizing, coordinating and making things happen.

You bring:

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Internal Sales or a similar commercial role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent Swedish and good English

Experience within flooring, construction materials or project-based sales is an advantage, but not essential.
