Do you want to work close to the market, the clients and the business – while helping companies make better decisions around financial risk?
Danske Bank Sweden is now looking for a Risk Advisor to join our FX Sales team, where you will play a key role in supporting Swedish corporate clients in managing their foreign exchange, and interest rate risk.

Danske Bank is a Nordic bank with a strong local presence and a broad offering within financial advisory, analysis and market services. Within FX, we provide our clients with tailored risk analysis, advisory services and access to relevant market insights through experienced specialists.

About the role
As a Risk Advisor, you’ll be part of a global team where you will work at the intersection of analysis, advisory and business. Together with FX dealers and relationship managers, you will help clients identify, analyze and manage their financial risk exposure, as well as design and implement effective hedging strategies.

Your key responsibilities
• Conduct and present analysis of clients’ currency and interest rate exposure, cash flows and risk profiles.
• Advise clients on risk management, hedging strategies and financial policies.
• Support our FX and Derivatives Sales teams in client meetings, presentations and ongoing client dialogues.
• Contribute to client education on currency risk and financial instruments.

About you
We are looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and communicative. You have a genuine interest in financial markets and enjoy turning analysis into tangible client value. Additionally, we expect that you have:
• A university degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
• The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and pedagogical way.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in FX, treasury, risk management or a similar area.
