R&D Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test & Verification Engineer to strengthen our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our electronic products. In this role, you will work throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to both the development and validation phases by planning, executing, and documenting verification activities.
You will be hands-on with functional, environmental, and certification-related testing, while also helping to shape and improve our test processes, systems, and facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with continuous improvement, collaboration, and responsibility. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute formal functional type tests and environmental type tests.
- Plan and perform tests related to product certifications and regulatory compliance.
- Write and maintain formal test specifications, test procedures, and test records.
- Build, develop, and maintain reusable and efficient test systems.
- Establish, improve, and maintain test-related processes to support quality and scalability.
- Develop, improve, and maintain test facilities, ensuring they meet current and future needs.
Your Background
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least a couple of years of experience working with electronics verification and testing.
- A solid general understanding of electronic designs, circuits, and components.
- Hands-on experience with environmental testing, such as climate and EMC testing, and relevant standards.
- Knowledge of certification standards such as CE, ATEX, UL, and Marine regulations.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow with new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong written and spoken communication skills, and a strong focus on safe work practices.
