We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, backend systems, and data processing, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend systems.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, frontend developers, and product teams.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in data engineering or working with big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to machine learning or data analytics is a plus.
  • Experience working in international or distributed teams.
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
