About the role

We are now looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Procurement team at our headquarters in Täby.

This is an operational and coordinating role with a broad purchasing scope, where you will work closely with colleagues within sales, logistics, warehouse and finance, as well as with suppliers and transport partners.

The role combines hands-on order handling with analysis, follow-up and planning, and plays an important part in ensuring efficient, correct and business‑driven purchasing flows.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Creating, managing and following up purchase orders in our ERP system

Ensuring deliveries regarding time, quality and quantity

Maintaining ongoing and professional communication with suppliers

Coordinating transports and supporting efficient logistics flows

Handling import- and customs-related matters and documentation

Contributing to purchasing planning based on forecasts and sales data

Supporting analysis of replenishment needs, inventory levels and stock optimization

Following up supplier agreements, prices and cost levels

Contributing to purchasing- and inventory-related reporting

Working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, Logistics/Warehouse and Finance

The role may develop over time as our business and purchasing needs evolve.

Who we're looking for

Required experience & knowledge:

Previous experience working with purchasing, logistics or order handling

Post-secondary education within purchasing, logistics, supply chain or equivalent work experience

Experience working in ERP systems

Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Fluent Swedish (C2) and good English skills, written and spoken (B2 or higher)

Nice to have:

Experience with customs and import handling

Experience within logistics, inventory management or stock optimization

Experience with reporting and analysis

Experience working in Monitor ERP and/or Power BI

Additional language skills such as German or Mandarin
