As our Psychologist Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in applying work- and organizational psychology in practice. You'll join our Customer Success team, working alongside licensed psychologists and experts in psychometrics, organizational behavior, and talent acquisition.

• Excited about applying psychology in real-world organizational and recruitment contexts
• Sociable and collaborative, enjoying working closely with others

Practical details

• Location: Our office is at Luntmakargatan 66, central Stockholm
• Presence: 100% on-site
• Language: English is our company language, but your tutor will speak Swedish
• Team: You'll be part of Customer Success, working closely with a mix of psychologists and other experts in talent acquisition
• Internship period: Spring semester 2026
• Application deadline: 12th of October (applications will however be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible)
