The role
As a Project Specialist at Findity, you'll lead partner implementations from start to finish in a hands-on and collaborative way. In this role, you'll keep things moving, communicate clearly, and help solve challenges along the way. You'll work closely with partners ensuring that their embedded expense product runs smoothly, stays on track, and supports their specific business goals.
Your main mission will be to guide new partners onto our platform and make sure they feel confident using it from day one. You'll play an important role in shaping their first experience with Findity, making the process clear, collaborative, and set up for long-term success.
What you will do
- Partner closely with the New Business Sales team in later-stage opportunities to shape project plans for technical solutions that fit the partner's goals.
- Manage large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide estimates on implementation timelines and resource costs to ensure a smooth transition from contract to execution.
- Take the lead during implementation, guiding the project from kickoff to launch and keeping milestones on track.
- Stay hands-on throughout the setup, making sure the partner's production environment is configured according to Findity best practices.
- Plan and deliver practical training sessions for support teams, product owners, and administrators so they feel confident working with the Findity platform.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management or similar
- Proven track record of managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of accounting, ERP, and payroll systems.
- Fluency in English
Big plus if you have:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (especially accounting or payroll)
- A degree in a tech or business-related field
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Fluency in Spanish, German or French
