As Project Assistant you will provides day-to-day administrative, logistical and personal assistance to the project team. The role acts as a key interface for general services and document coordination, supporting smooth project operations in an international environment.You will be part of our BECCS project (full-scale Bio-Energy Carbon Capture and Storage) for Business Line ENCAR.
Responsibilities
Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including:- Exchange of documentation between Contractor, Subcontractors and Company- Support administrative activities in SAP- Document preparation- Management coordination and scheduling meetings- Document formatting and filing
Assist with general living matters (e.g. local arrangements)
Assist and accompany personnel in registrations with local authorities, where required
Support in general organisational and administrative tasks
Preparation of Project Record Books (PRB), collecting the documentation from all project departments in accordance with the PRB index
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer assistance,administrative or support functions.
Swedish and English proficient
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Sap knowledge is a plus.
