Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead
What You Will Work On
Lead the Digital Engineering workstream from planning through execution and delivery
Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependency structures
Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Ensure alignment between track execution and broader initiative objectives
Manage risks, blockers, issues, and escalation processes
Drive execution and maintain predictable delivery progress
Facilitate decision-making and support leadership governance processes
Prepare and present status updates to senior stakeholders and initiative leadership
Support transformation, organizational readiness, and change adoption activities
Monitor quality, delivery outcomes, and business alignment
Build collaboration and accountability across participating teams
What You Bring
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in program leadership, transformation, or delivery management
Proven experience leading complex initiatives and coordinating cross-functional execution
Strong expertise in digital transformation and organizational change initiatives
Demonstrated ability to define scope, milestones, and delivery governance structures
Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution capabilities
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution processes
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive delivery outcomes
Experience operating in complex business and technology environments
Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
