As a Lean Production Manager, you will have a clear strategic mission: to create a more uniform and efficient production, with a focus on results and the interaction between people, processes and resources. You will be mandated to drive improvements that are visible in everyday life and in the long term.

You will become a present and visible part of the business, where change occurs together with the organization, with the goal of creating world-class production and operations.

Your mission

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

Clarify and implement structured working methods in production

Drive Lean work with a focus on flow, quality and maximum resource efficiency

Identify and realize improvement potential in processes and working methods

Create consensus on priorities, planning and follow-up

Coach team leaders and employees in improvement work and problem solving

Ensure that key performance indicators are actively used for governance and decision-making

Contribute to a culture where improvement work is natural, integrated and shared

Machinery and infrastructure investment projects

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has experience in driving change in a manufacturing business and who knows how to go from "it works" to "it works really well".

We believe you have:

Experience with Lean Production, Six Sigma or similar

Documented experience of improvement work with results

Good understanding of manufacturing production and complex flows

Ability to create structure, clarity and progress

Experience of working closely with the business and involving people in change

Technical university education or equivalent experience, preferably with documented experience in leadership and change management in industrial production environments
