You will join a team that plays a critical role in enabling a seamless customer experience across Dustin's markets and channels. Combining Product Ownership, Quality Assurance, and Complaints Management, the team drives continuous improvements in product information, operational quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial teams, and Product functions throughout the Nordics and Benelux, the team has a unique opportunity to influence strategic initiatives such as the European Product Master, improved product governance, and the adoption of automation and AI-driven ways of working.

Your role & influence as Product Owner

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for shaping and driving Dustin's Product Information Management domain, owning the vision, roadmap, and priorities while leading the development of a scalable European Product Master that improves product data quality, governance, automation, and business value across the Nordics and Benelux.

Collaboration : Together with the cross-functional product team, the Product Owner takes care of developing and governing Dustin's product information capabilities, collaborating closely not only with Product Creation and PIM colleagues but also with Online Sales, Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Offering & Procurement, and other Product Owners across the Nordics and Benelux.

Core activities:

• Create and manage the Product Information Management roadmap, backlog, and priorities, ensuring development efforts are aligned with customer and business value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve product data quality, streamline workflows, and deliver stable, scalable product information services.
• Drive Dustin's European Product Master initiative, including product governance, SKU lifecycle processes, and the establishment of a common European Product Tree.
